The menu is based around pizzas and pasta, although there are some excellent oven based dishes.

Salvatore is an excellent chef and cooks good and tasty food. All the pizzas are good, although it is wise to ask for extra garlic as he tends to cook for the local populace who are less used to garlic flavours. As a starter, his Funghi Trivolati, marinated mushrooms in a cream and garlic sauce, is divine.

The service at table is below par. Salvatore seems to employ young girls who are employed for their looks but not their concentration. It is not unusual to get the wrong dish being served. However, with some perseverance, you can get the food ordered and you will be in for a pleasant surprise.

Recommended Dishes: Funghi Trivolati, Dinamite ( a dish with a tomato, garlic, paprika and red pepper sauce. It is enough to blow your brains out.
