This is actually a bar/restaurant in the centre of Alkmaar. This means that it´s very crowded on Friday and Saturday night with both eaters and drinkers, but on weekdays it´s a nice place to go. The food is usually very good, although you can taste it when the chef´s got a bad day. They have a nice outdoor terrace on a bridge over the canal.
Pretty expensive for its range but worth a try and a good place to start a night out.    [23 Jul 2002 06:48:19]
