La Trattoria, Castricum - Best Italian in Holland

Excellent pasta dishes, very well priced, and really good for vegetarians, chef cooks everything fresh, so dont even look at the menu, just walk in and name a dish, he'll start making it.    [02 Jan 2003 09:52:20]

I live in Castricum and this is my favourite place, especially when I have guests. What more can I say? I can recommmend the Special : pasta stirred into a parmesan cheese, flambed. Delicious and fun to watch.
