Italian like it should be
Very lively ambiance, friendly staff and... give my regards and compliments to the chef! It is a pity we didn't have much time to eat that particular evening, otherwise we could've had something more than just the main course. But what a main course it was... succulent lambrack, marinated and cooked just right (you get to choose between rare, medium and well-done, but it will melt in your mouth whichever way)... lots and lots of garlic, ofcourse, but that's Italian... with that, potatoes, cooked but still firm and just a pinch of salt, and to complete the dish, spinach, so fresh and tasty it should make your mouth water even now.
I thought it was such a shame that no-one has reviewed Adagio until now, that even with my limited knowledge of what they serve, I just had to write a review. Anyway, I'm sure all the other dishes will be just as satisfying, considering how busy the place was... people even got turned away at the door. Be sure to make a reservation, otherwise you might be disappointed. I'm certainly going back sometime soon!    [10 Aug 2002 08:05:20]

Fantastic
I have been a Chef in Canada most of my working life. The first restaurant I ate at on my culinary adventure to Holland and Belgium in October 2001 was here. I was so wonderful I ate again the very next evening. The roasted pumpkin soup was so perfect tears welled up in my eyes. I could taste the love in the food.

Warm ambiance.
