I first tasted Bo's on a trip to Cebu and was delighted by their coffees. When I got back to Manila I immediately went to look for a Bo's and was mildly disappointed. The Cebu Bo's had a richer taste in their coffees and used a home-made cream (or hand mixed or something) which game it an extra oomph. The one in Manila was good, but was less flavorful, and used those commercial whipped creams ala-Starbucks. Still, it beats Starbucks.    [16 Feb 2005 20:09:04]
