slow
The food was good but the service, terrible. We waited for 40 minutes for our change to arrive after we had paid for the meal. It was frustrating because whenever we asked for our change the waiters kept telling us to wait for a few more minutes. I think they do it on purpose because it happened twice! They probably hope that the guest would just leave the whole change.    [28 Dec 2003 11:50:01]

Terrible
The service was horrible. We waited and it was ok but once we got seated it was about 20 minutes until another table got seated right next to us and the size of our party was the same as theirs, an actual server pastes but instead of coming to our able first which waited there longer they passed us and went right to the other table. We didn't wait that long to be passed by and not acknowledged. So we just got up and left and no one seems to notice. Chilies really has to train their staff better or just change their managers because letting an establishment being unorganized is not a responsible thing to do.    [23 Mar 2008 21:52:45]
