In the restaurant, tuna prime cut/parts such as belly, jaw (panga), bihod (female fish roe), bagaybay (male fish roe), tail, tendon are served in various ways - grilled, kinilaw, sinigang sa miso, tinola, kare-kare, teriyaki, sweet and sour, kaldereta, crispy buntot (similar to crispy pata) and Filipino favorite breakfast such as hotdog, longanisa, tocino among others.
