Simply Superb
The array of mouth-watering dishes will definitely satiate the discriminating palate of those paying their visit to this restaurant ... just like me. I've been through quite a number of Middle Kingdom offerings but the ones at Gloria Maris are simply way ahead. I did take home some if only to keep the nice after taste.    [26 Apr 2007 20:35:54]

Food excellent; waiters not attentive
The food is excellent, but some of the waiters were not attentive during our visit, 11 Aug 2008. Actually, every time we are at Greenhills, we usually have lunch at Gloria Maris. Also, there was a time when we had the roast pork for take-out, it was surprisingly, that it wasn't the same quality when we had it for dine in. Please take note.    [16 Aug 2008 23:28:10]
