Nice restaurant
The food was good and the portions BIG for the price. I ordered the chicken fried steak and it was a generous portion. My fiancee had the friend rice and it too was plenty for two people. We shared a dessert, Halo Halo and it was the BEST one I ate in Cebu.    [28 Apr 2009 23:57:07]
