Description

Restaurant is located in the village's only motel/disco/bar which is across from the urzad gminy (city hall).
The bar (where we ate) has a billiard table and the bar seats were swinging benches. Several small tables took up the rest of the space in this room.

Large portions of food and very inexpensive.
No one who works in this restaurant speaks English. The owner and her waitress were very friendly.

Superior Accommodation in the Foothills
If I had realized that such superior accommodations existed in southern Poland, I would have visited much earlier. Any to think that such a gourmet restaurant exists in this quiet pristine location is just a bonus. As a world traveler I would recommend it to anybody. I look forward to my next visit. The Motel
My husband, 11 year old son and I spent a night in the motel connected to this restaurant and had dinner in the restaurant. We were in Bukowsko for genealogical purposes. The restaurant was fine but we would not stay in the motel again - too basic for us. Our visit to the restaurant was in June, 2000 although we've been to Bukowsko 3 other times.
