What has happened to McDonalds?
Service is TERRIBLE! The new way of serving ketchup in small cups is outrageous and very unhealthy. McDonalds should return to distributing ketchup packages the same as all other fast food chains do. Also, the McDonalds in Waco, Texas does not serve food on trays any longer. If you are eating there you are given your food in a to-go bag. How do they expect you to get the ketchup in the small lidless containers without a tray? I have always preferred McDonalds over other fast food hamburger joints, but the terrible service and drastic changes my family and friends will no longer dine at McDonalds!
