Description

Small bar very close to Metro Kitaj-Gorod is favored by the fans of alternative music (concerts almost daily starting at 11:00 p.m.).

Decor follows an elaborate story of a Chinese pilot Jao-Da (ask the waiter or check the Web site for details).

Cover charge usually is about $4. Most drinks are in $2-$5 range.

Warning: lots of cigarette smoke on weekends. For a less noisy place, you can try Cooker's Home that shares the entrance with Jao Da.

Great place to relax late at night
I like it for the quiet atmosphere (after the concert is over!). If you want an unusual experience, ask for a tea ceremony.    [13 Dec 2002 09:30:54]
