Bad Service
I went to Marina Square Ponderosa today and the service there was very bad. My cousins are working there so I wanted to give them a treat as it was my birthday. But when we went in we were told that if you are working there you are not supposed to come there and eat. I find it ridiculous. What kind of reason is this? We are paying for the food, we did not even ask for a discount or any free food. Then what's the problem there?? Furthermore, we had to wait so long before we could have our order. We were not treated properly at all. I am very unhappy with the service there. I heard that the service in Raffles City Ponderosa is bad and this one is the best. But I find it terrible.

Even though my cousins work there,when they are there as customers with someone else I think they should be respected as well. Our plates were not cleared at all. All our plates were piled up and none of the servers bothered with them. I wanted to pay my bill and had my hands raised for quite some time. It was nearly half an hour and none of the servers bothered, so I had to go to the cashier to pay. I think the management should do something about this. Prompt service from staff
