Poor Service
I lost my bag last saturday. I informed the staff immediately about it and they were quite rude about it. They didn't bother to help to find my bag and told me to wait till the pub closes. After that, the bouncer just curtly told me that there was no one carrying the black bag outside and offered no assistance to help to settle the matter. Didn't even take the initiative to ask me whether do I want to make a police report. Furthermore, he just said that the management was not responsible for my loss and that's it. No offer to ask if I want to view the security tape or want to make a police report. Come on! How can a big bag can go missing in the pub?
