Best Veal in the World
We were at the restaurant in May of 2001 and enjoyed it beyond belief. The dish I had was Schnitzel. While I had always thought a Schnitzel was a Sausage, it indeed was the best Veal I have ever encountered. Be ready for a large amount of butter. Fantastic

Classic food
Dined here 10/06. Excellent food, quite a show when the schitzel is prepared tableside. Agree that it is pricey, but then everything in Switzerland costly. What the heck, it's vacation!    [31 Jan 2007 16:35:38]
