Tourist Trap

My favorite Thai restaurant
There is not a single visit to Bangkok when I don't have dinner at Silom Village. It's conveniently located, great selection of food and wines, and always a first class service in beautiful surroundings. Its appeal has never changed in the 20 years I've known Silom Village. [08 Jan 2001 04:34:09]

Eat and Shop!
Great place to go with children as they can eat things like burgers and tomato soup, whilst you eat thai. Also very good shopping - handbags etc. Not cheap but very convenient and quality goods. I LOVE IT! [01 Jul 2003 08:48:23]

Great staff !
My name is Shawn. I am from Australia, but reside in Japan. Recently i stayed at the Mahnora hotel, but my friend Gary is staying at the Silom Hotel, so I visited him frequently while I was in Thailand. I was so very much impressed with the wonderful service and smiling warm hearted staff members such as Koson, Lon, and Karm, just to name a few.
On returning to Japan I mentioned to my friends and family how good (the Silom) hotel is. I recommend Silom village to and person visiting Bangkok. I definately intend to stay there my next visit. Keep up the good work ! Regards to Koson and Lon.
