Housed in a century old grocery store with a 30 foot ceiling, Rafters is fresh and contemporary in feeling. Soft grey and pale blue and shades of pink decor enhance the original stonework walls. Fascinating artwork originals and green plants compliment a delightful dining experience. Fresh local seafood including lobster, seaconch, squid and shrimp are house specialties and feature on all buffet presentations (Mon. & Frid. Business Luncheon Buffet; Mon.-Thurs. Prix Fixe dinner menu specials, feature Caribbean/Continantal Fusion Cuisine). Plus a very good Salad Bar. A la carte: select US steaks, creative local entrees and unique specialty sandwiches in the Lounge Bar, which attracts a cosmopolitan clientele for cocktails.
