My husband and I went to Pappa Grunts for dinner. The food was mediocre and overpriced for what you got. We had some sort of fish, rice and not-so-fresh vegetables. No dessert. The host JoAnne was rather curt and seemed frazzled. One time at this resturant was enough.    [22 May 2003 22:11:24]

VERY DISAPPOINTED
This place was advertised much differently than what it is. We were VERY disappointed in the atmosphere, the food and the accomodations. The cleanliness left something to be desired. The hostess and wait staff was rude and pushy. They try to sell you property. It is like going to a time-share presentation. We will not go back.    [24 May 2003 01:55:27]

Not recommended
I would have rather eaten a 1000 calorie Big Mac. The food was horrible and the service was just as bad. Rude staff. It was like dining in a car dealership. High pressure sales to purchase property! Stay away!    [01 Jun 2003 07:32:14]
