Yuk!
Waited 45 mins for a medium to well done steak which turned up burnt and black. They spent another 20mins cooking us another meal which again turned up totally burnt. The onion rings were also done to a frazel! Called the manageress who apologised and we left. I have used this place over a number of years and will never go there again. It is a shame as the place is homely but it is run by kids and hence it has gone down hill.    [14 Apr 2006 14:23:48]

Not Impressed Any More.
Such a shame that this lovely place has staff who totally lack any customer service or cooking skills. Their answer to any complaint is to charge less, when actually it would be better to get decent staff and get the quality and service up and running again.
