Worth avoiding Been here twice. The pizza tasted like it had been deep fried and it was dripping with oil when I picked the slices up. I certainly won't go back. [29 Oct 2004 12:39:41]

Worth frequenting A super little restaurant, with genuinely friendly staff who do all they can to ensure you have a fantastic meal. The pizzas are not run-of-the-mill deep pan, or the thin-based variety you find in generic 'Italian' restaurants the country over, but imaginative French offerings with unusual toppings. The Marseille is classic and delicious, as is the Poulet. The food is cooked to a consistently high standard and we are always delighted with our meal. The restaurant is low-key and relaxed, and is a real antedote to the pretentious venues popping up across Bristol. The booths allow you to snuggle up to a loved one on those cold, rainy Bristol nights, or there are larger tables for parties. Perhaps this is not the place to come for a first date, or if you are used to dining in Pizza Hut, but it is certainly worth seeking out. A note of caution - the small pizzas really are enough for two people! [10 Apr 2005 16:32:22]
