An Evening with Ricky
I attended the evening with Ricky Hatton at the Royal Elephant, it was unbelievable. The food was absolutely gorgeous and there was alot of it. The restaurant itself is very impressive, I think its decor and furnishings are very tasteful and elegant (you really don't expect a restaurant of this caliber to be outside London).

The staff made the whole evening unforgettable, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was packed to capacity and as I was going to the Ladies I passed the kitchen, the door was open and the kitchen looked spotless. I spoke with Ricky Hatton when I had a photo taken with him, he promised after his fight in june he would return to the Royal Elephant. Anniversary Meal!
After a few days of being stuck where to choose for our anniversary meal and trying to look for somewhere we hadn't been before. We opted for thai and chose the royal elephant at dinnington.
Beautiful interior decor, friendly staff, lovely fresh food, decent lager. A bit pricey but for anniversary was superb. Makes the local takeaway look plain! Highly recommended take your wallet    [01 Oct 2006 01:48:27]

Simply Great Food.
