Excellent Chinese food
This has to be the best Chinese restaurant in Hertford, and probably one of the best restaurants of any kind.
If you are a regular customer (4 or 5 times a year!) the manager remembers your name, and even what you like to drink!    [23 Oct 2003 07:07:05]
