Aurora Restaurant and Bar, at the Great Eastern Hotel in the City of London, is one of the capital’s most magnificent dining rooms. The interior of Aurora is grand and dramatic with a huge stained-glass dome, seating 80 in well-spaced, luxurious comfort.

Don't even think of eating here
Despite a great interior design the food is bland and poorly cooked, service is terrible and the prices are astonishing for such low quality - it must be something to do with real estate prices nearby.
This place is a classic example of big business ruining what should be a pleasant consumer experience in return for large profits. Don't eat here.    [19 Apr 2001 10:53:36]
