The food is inspired by the Jaliscan region of Mexico, including marinated lamb and marinated sea bream in banana leaves.

Green and Red also houses one of the largest collections of tequila in London, its cocktails have been designed by celebrated mixologist, Henry Besant. It has also recently founded a tequila club, to educate interested diners and drinkers in the wonders of tequila.
