Narrow boat Newbury
I have been comming here for the last few years and the staff have always been polite, helpful and friendly. However my last experience at this pub (July 2005) was so bad that I will not be returing there to eat. The food has clearly dropped in standard. The ingredients must have been bought from some bargain basement. Truly horrible. This restaurant is now on a par with the notorious other nasty eateries in the area.    [24 Jul 2005 02:28:25]
