Service comparable to McDonalds
OK, the food was average to good, and the Hall itself is a fantastic building.

This does not even begin to make up for the attitude of both the waiting and managing staff. Seeing a friend of mine have scalding hot coffee spilt on him by a waiter who then ignored him entirely, without even beginning to make an apology was not something i was expecting from this kind of establishment.

The pompous, holier-than-thou attitude of the acting manager was an absolute disgrace, particularly given the ignorance he displayed whilst attempting to deal with many simple requests.

I would not dream of visiting Hambleton Hall again, if it could possibly be avoided.    [12 Jan 2002 18:48:51]
