Cafe Rouge in Worcester needs better management
We walked out of Cafe Rouge in Worcester on Saturday 19th August, at 5.20 p.m.,when we were not offered menus, or drinks after 15 minutes, whilst the staff were socialising amongst themselves at the bar.
