LODMOOR (WEYMOUTH) THE LODMOOR WEYMOUTH (BREWERS FAYRE) Nice and clean inside, good children's play area, service is very slow about 1 hour, food is nasty even after a wait like that, most of it is microwaved, bar area is good, but food area is bad all round, service staff have a bad attitude, and the managers are not bothered about your complaint they would rather just give you a refund and send you on your way. First British Restaurant Outing. They have a wonderful play area. The menu was slighty different to what I am used to, but with a great selection. A lively restaurant with pleasant staff who gave my kids and me a lot of attention.
The pub has a beautiful old manor style setting, which gives the look of being really expensive, but the prices very cheap. Great beer! [09 Nov 2001 18:58:40]

Complaint Food was ok. General attitude towards customers was appaling, they were extremley rude. Two of the staff one being the assistant manager were kissing in the middle of the dining area whilst we were eating. We felt that we were intruding on there evening. We will not be returning to this particular Brewers Fayre again. We use Brewers Fayre at least once a month. [03 Feb 2002 15:35:58]

Brewers Fayre An excellent place to have a good well prepared meal while you can still see your children playing in the safety of the children's area. An outdoor area in the summer, complete with a large window make sure that you can see the kids. A good selection of meals and a highly recommended "irish coffee" for the end of the meal. Shame About the Roast Chicken It says on the menus "Roast with the Most", but when I received my Roast chicken I very disappointed to find fried stuffing, fried potatoes and microwaved slimy chicken. My worst nightmare. Not for me thank you. [13 May 2003 10:27:09]

number 1 more like 300 Visited brewers farye's num 1 pub and it was awful. The food was fine but service was terrible. I felt like I was at a school choir practice as the staff were singing and being stupid whipping each other with towels, it did not look good! Under age girls behind the bar serving alcohol, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. [17 Dec 2003 18:00:47]

Don't go Inn! The Globe Inn Brewers Fayre (Highcliffe).
Great bar staff, pleasant surroundings, just steer clear of the restaurant. Cold main meals, luke warm chips, pathetic waitresses. Microwave mayhem at its best. [22 Aug 2005 03:51:53]

Ring In Food Order A Week In Advance! Lodmoor Weymouth. We visited whilst on holiday, as it was somewhere we knew the kids could eat. The food was so long coming at least 1 hour, even though it was not busy. We are off to Weymouth again next week so I may call now to order food hoping it may be ready for when we arrive. Cheese sandwich had hard dried up cheese and drinking glasses had lipstick on them. [14 Jun 2006 16:17:53]
