A restaurant situated in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park in Powys, Wales. The White Swan is very much a typical Welsh country Inn.

Book in advance - especially at weekends. From the outside this place is deceptive. The restaurant is marvellous. The service can be a little slow on a busy night, but the wait is worth it. The difficuly is trying to decide what you don't want from the menu! The food is cooked to perfection and very tasty. Although it can get crowded, you have plenty of room and do not feel overlooked by your neighbours. This must rate as one of my top restaurants of all time.    [11 Feb 2004 01:34:52]
