Get what you pay for - bargain £5 deal
I think you basically get what you pay for. The foods nice, not amazing but when you pay £5 for two courses what do you expect? Great for a cheap night with your mates. If you don't go for the cheap menu I'm sure it's really good anyway.    [14 Mar 2004 13:41:44]

Wonderful
Outstanding. I've had enough of paying £25 per head for a weeks dose of acid indigestion. £5 meal deal for starter, main course, rice or nan and side dish - outstanding value! Food is very good and staff are fantastic (as long as you aren't one of those types who thinks arrogance is a necessary attribute to take into an indian restaurant). curry in a hurry!!!!!!
Overall the food wasn't bad for a FIVER but very small portions on the starters (I am sure they would be bigger if you were ordering from ordinary menu). We were very quiet and polite to the staff,but they came over three times to ask were we finished whilst I was still eating. We were kept waiting for the bill.
