Restaurant is on first floor and accessed via stairway with double-backed landing area - not for those in wheelchairs. Pushchairs for children would have to be left at the bottom of the stairway in unsecure hallway. Similarly toilets are accessed via stairway.

Immediately seated, but took half an hour to be eventually served by a someone who looked like she wanted to be elsewhere herself. We didn't receive any service at all in respect of the desserts after being given the menu, so asked for the bill instead. Pity about all this because the food itself was okay. Friendly restaurant, excellent value, ask for a table in the window. We are regulars whenever we are up in Llandudno. May need some updating on the decor - but we think it adds to the atmosphere. Food plentiful, ask for pasta with your main course if you have fish or meat dishes.    [23 May 2006 10:09:06]
