Product Quality Sir, my family had a meal at your stone brook eatery tonight, most of the meals were very good as per normal, exept for my wifes gammon steak which had exessive fat around the perimeter. This problem was mentionted to the member of staff, when I was paying my account, what she said was not what I would have expected, and I quote, it is not our fault it is how the gammons are delivered. If this is the case then your quality control needs to bring about a change with the supplier. This incident will not stop us using your stone brooke site as normally all the meals are of exellant quality in very good surroundings. [08 Oct 2002 19:21:10]

ugh!!!!! we went to brewers fayre at the bakers arms at poole dorset 3/1/2003 to have what we thought would be an enjoyable lunch to round of our christmas break, we waited so long (it was not busy) we had to ask the waitress for it when it came the fish was overcooked the smothered chicken, carrots and brocolli was cold, it had obviously been left a while, before being bought to the table. there was cigarette ends under the table next to us in the no smoking area and various pieces of food under the other tables seemly no one had done the cleaning that day, we use to be in the trade until recently and would not expect people to enjoy this type of service .we will certainly not recommend any one to visit this particular establishment, [06 Jan 2003 10:27:03]

room for improvment On Tuesday 15-10-05 my wife and I went for a meal at The Inn On The Quay at Goodrington. My wife had roast duck. The duck was overcooked both vegetables were cold and the roast potatoes were not roast at all they were deep fried. I had a 10oz rump steak which was also cold. We have been going to this outlet for two years but I think this will be the last. [16 Nov 2005 18:13:54]
