Oh dear..........
The only thing positive I can say about Hing Hong is that eating there is an experience!

You can put the interior decor and table preparation on a par with any roadside transport cafe. Plastic red check table 'cloths' with yesterdays food still in evidence add to the character, if not the flavour.

One of the very few 'sit down' establishments that I have ever been asked to pay at in advance of receiving my food. Also an excellent cellar, well actually crates of lager, served at your table in the can 'sans glass'? Oh and you've guessed it, paid for in advance.

On the evening we chose to dine here, one other customer was found to be face down in a bowl of noodles. Being unable to rouse said customer, the 'waitress' delicately poured a pint of cold water down his back.
