Tops for breakfast!
Do you like crusty, home-made breads, over-sized cups of coffee, prompt friendly service, and fresh ingredients served piping hot? Try breakfast at the Snow City Cafe. This place is on my "must visit" list every time I travel to Anchorage (2 x month). I'm a breakfast afficianado and SCC is one of my all time favorites. Good music, a nice selection of magazines for those who like to browse with their meal, and an atmosphere that's relaxed and slightly "trendy", but comfortable for people from every age group.    [31 Aug 2001 11:29:28]

I miss it and wish I had something like it here!
I used to live in Anchorage and ate at the Snow City Cafe quite frequently. Met friends there for meals, had business meetings, or just went by myself for a great cup of tea! All the food is fantastic, service is great, and prices are totally affordable. Moved to Southern California two years ago and really miss this terrific piece of Anchorage.    [27 Feb 2003 12:54:19]

The Food Is FRESH...NO!, I Mean really FRESH!

Great find!
Finally went on my dream vacation to Alaska and on my first day found the Snow City Cafe. I'm a vegetarian and was delighted with the choices I had and the great service. Before I left town, I made another stop for lunch with friends. GREAT!!    [19 Jul 2003 11:07:04]

Snow City Cafe excels at everything. They have great breakfasts, but also the lunches are delicious. The soups are the best in town...thick and hearty. I've had everything on the menu and you can't go wrong with anything you choose.    [02 Nov 2006 15:48:23]
