Riverside Cafe makes a hit with this reviewer
I ordered Baked Salmon with chipped potatoes, with a shrimp cocktail on the side, served with a glass of chardonay from Williamette Valley. It was absolutely delicious and the wine was crisp and clean with an apple aftertaste. The restaurant was immaculate and the waiter was courteous and friendly. Classic Rock music was played softly over the sound system so that it didn`t interfere with the dining experience. There was one other dish that I wanted to try. It was the Hamburger Special served with Texas sized french fries with Alaska grown half pound beef patty served on a kaiser roll but I decided to go for the salmon because it is an Alaskan specialty.    [15 Apr 2004 02:15:19]
