Absolutely terrible service
This place has no inkling of customer service. I went in there to pick up a pizza, the door made a loud ring as I entered, I looked over at a women in a back room and said hello. She ignored me. Ok, maybe she was a little busy.
7 or 8 min, later (only one table full here in the place) I looked again at the opening in the kitchen and saw a lady filling a dirty mop bucket with it setting on the sink that is supposed to be for dishes & food only. She just stared back and ignored me again.

I left, and an half hour later the "manager" called up sarcastically and said your pizza's been here an hour are you going to pick it up? I told her I had already been in there and no one was interested in helping me then. She claimed that she wasn't the lady I saw, claimed to not hear me, not see me and whined that I should have done more.

She also whined about her cook quitting and that she had to make pizza's herself, made excuses for her employee and in general blamed me for not picking up the pizza - incredible.

I would recommend that no one go here at all. Why the owner has such an ignorant person as a manager is beyond me.    [18 Dec 2005 02:40:26]

Great food
As a teenager in Alaska I've had lots of pizza in my life, and I must say Starvin Marvins Pizza is probably the best I've had yet. I have never had any issues with bad service and I think that the owners changed not to long ago. Anyway great place to eat if you like pizza.    [06 Jan 2007 17:46:54]
