Charlotte's Restaurant is this cute little surprise in the small town of Kenai, Alaska. On the menu it says that it has contemporary homestyle cuisine. The restaurant is light, airy, cute, and very clean. The food is all homemade, and makes their own bread and desserts. Lunch is extremely busy, however, they have an unique breakfast menu, and will be serving dinner.

The owner is visable and very inviting.

They have a limited beer and wine menu, and attentive staff.

This restaurant has a really nice atmosphere (especially for the Kenai/Soldotna area), but more importantly, an absolutely wonderful chicken caesar sandwich. This sole entree is the only reason I keep going. In fact, the other items I've tried have always been disappointingly bland, with the exception of the breakfast menu. The desserts are hit and miss. For breakfast, this is the best place in Kenai to go; for lunch, stick with the chicken caesar and you'll be more than satisfied. Charlotte's does not serve dinner.    [05 Jan 2007 05:58:29]
