Serviceable
I live in Valdez and would rank Fu Kung in the Top 3 (Of course, you must understand, there aren't that many restaurants in Valdez). The food is mid-range quality. I probably wouldn't eat here if I lived in a city with other options, but it suffices when I have a craving for Chinese food.

While the food is only passable, the service is wonderful. All the staff are polite and friendly.

The ambiance is improving. Fu Kung is currenly undergoing major redecorating.

Overall, if you're in Valdez, need a place to eat, and like Chinese, Fu Kung will do. Its better than many of your other choices in town.    [20 Oct 2003 12:57:17]
