Thrown Out of this Cafe
Do not go to this cafe. The service is far below the standard of a McDonald's and Andre the manager will not take responsibility for the poor performance of his staff. We waited 2 hours for our food and when we requested to speak to the assistant manager, Kara, she ignored us three times.

We finally spoke to the manager, Andre, who refused to speak to us in the cafe and pulled us to the parking lot, he also refused to comp just our meals. We were satisfied with the drinks and appetizer when he refused to make any adjustments for our wait and was questioned about accountability for his staff he threw us out of the cafe. Nothing there is superior to recommend it when the service and management don't believe the customer should come first.    [07 Jul 2004 15:06:35]
