Terrible Customer Service
I live 2 miles from the Palisades Blvd Rally's. Two weeks ago I got a burger and fries. When I got home they were cold.

I called and talked to a manger and was told he would put my name on his list and next time I came through give them my name and I would get my burger and fries free. Today when I went through I was told that I had to have my receipt. I ask to speak to the manger; he refused to come to the window.

I asked who owned Rally's; they refused to give me any information, other than I had to have my receipt. I told them that I have received cold food before and called and was told my name would be put down and when I came by they looked my name up and my free hot food was given to me with no problem.

I have continued to go to Rally's because,as a rule, the help is friendly and the food good. Today the manger told the cashier if I didn't move he was going to call the police. I just wanted him to come to the window and talk to me. I have to use a cane and was unable to get out of my van to come talk to him. This was the worst customer service I have ever seen anywhere.    [10 May 2004 16:24:02]
