not hot
When ordering, we always ask for fresh cooked food. We want french fries hot out of the grease. We ask for it everytime. We often tell them we will wait just to get it fresh cooked. Almost everytime, we are told everything is fresh and hot. When the fries come out we can lay out whole palm on top of them and they are slightlty warm.. I do it immediately and they see if the fries were hot I could not keep my hand on them. Then they tell the cook that "they" want hot fries. Why is it when we ask for fresh cooked food in the first place that we have to go through this! I used to get embarrased but lately I just get mad. If we didn't like the food, we would never go back. This has also happened at other locations but we mostly go to Leeds. How can we get "HOT" food?    [24 May 2006 09:13:43]
