My family stopped at the McDonald's off Interstate 10 at the Loxley Exit Saturday evening about 8 PM and had to sit no less than 20 minutes at the drive thru with a 8-10 minute wait at the ordering menu. We kept being told to wait to order. They young black girl seemed to be running from window to window and was hanging out the pick up window with a young boy. The entire
experience took us about 37 minutes to get a Big Mac Meal and 1 order of fries.
We eat at McDonald's everywhere since we are part of a traveling softball team. Our local MCD' owened by Harrison Wilder far exceed this bad experience.    [06 Jun 2005 15:10:16]

Horrible Experience Here, Too
My family and I went to this McDonald's last weekend and also had a horrible experience. After waiting to get to payment window, order was wrong. Waited forever for a manager to correct order. Still wrong. Waited to get refund for item on receipt that didn't order. Advised manager still wrong, he advises he took care of it. Get to pick up window, get order...guess what. Not correct. Drove back around and waited to correct the special dbl cheese order. Wrote customer service. Rec'd call from "clerk". Issues are being addressed. That is all well and good, but even the phone call nor the email response I received offered any kind of retribution for my troubles. I must say I will NEVER go to that McDonald's again and we only live about 5 minutes away from it.    [07 Sep 2007 20:34:14]
