Pretty darn good felafel!
I was pleasantly surprised to find so many vegetarian delicacies on the menu. They had plenty of meat offerings too and it looked like the other diners were enjoying them. I was delighted by the felafel and its perfect blend of spices, cooked to a crispy crunch but still moist inside. They also had tabouleh and hummus. The felafel plate came with a Greek salad, pleasant enough but with iceberg lettuce so not outstanding. There was also a tasty wild rice on the side and a pineapple slice with a cherry on top. The mint tea was a wonderful way to wash down such a colorful blend of flavors and textures.    [20 May 2006 16:50:08]
