Lousy Food, Crappy Manager, High Prices
After 9, they don't take orders for delivery. We ordered ours very spicy. I guess it fell on the deaf ears as the food was as mild as it could be. When asked for some chili peppers spices to be included, they charged $1 each. Day-light robbery. The service is lousy. If the server gets more people in a batch, he'll give his attention there. Superb Dim Sum in the middle of the South
To find dim sum of this quality in this hemisphere, you had to visit San Francisco, Toronto or New York. Now you should add Little Rock, Arkansas to the list. Friendly, attentive service along with tasty,freshly made items makes Chi's a satisfying experience.    [29 Jun 2003 11:25:16]

One of the best Chinese Restaurants
I have never had a bad experience at this place or at it's branches. The service has always been fast. True sometimes you will get a server that doesn't understand the extras you want, but it still comes out excellent. The prices are wonderful. My husband and I can eat a huge meal for under $25. Huge Portions, Great Pricing, Fast Delivery
The office staff will order from Chi's West Little Rock branch about once every 2-3 weeks. Although we have had to wait for delivery before, at lunch time that's understandable. And it's worth the wait. The portions are huge, and will cover lunch for at least 2 days! The food always arrives hot with lots of condiments.    [30 Sep 2004 10:59:27]
