The BEST Cajun cuisine west of the Mississippi!!
The best Cajun shrimp creole I've EVER tasted! The Gumbo is superb and "Fruits de Bayou" is the best sampling of Cajun food I've tasted!! The ambiance is casual -- and during duck hunting season, it gets a little "wild"!! The BEST Cajun cuisine west of the Mississippi!!!    []
