They Fry Everything
Huge portions, but I can't believe they fry their prime rib steaks in butter. How disappointing! This was the only place my husband and I did not finish our steaks.    [03 Aug 2003 20:55:03]

The Best Mexican
Dirtwater Springs is a must for dining while visiting Apache Junction. They have the best Shredded Beef Chimichangas I've had anywhere! Topped with sour cream and guacamole, these are scrumptious! If you enjoy Mexican food I highly recommend you try these.    [14 Aug 2003 15:05:19]

Snowbird Heaven

A Place With Character
Food of all kinds, should please everybody. "Arizona Flavor Everywhere". The help is courteous and treat you like a friend. It's my favorite place to relax and enjoy. Call before you leave the house and they'll put you on the list (needed at busy times)    [23 Apr 2004 13:00:09]

If you are looking for a chain restaurant where the food tastes the same every visit, then keep looking. However if you enjoy a dining experience loaded with local flavor, then stop on in. Best Quality in AJ
If you know good food this is the place to eat. If you don't, stick to fast food. The prices are fair and the meals are filling. There is a 3.99 lunch menu and specials everyday. The wait staff is the best.    [19 Feb 2005 23:53:44]

Fish Dinner

Won't Be Back
My husband & I have been going to Dirtwater for 5 (year-around) years. The last two visits were terrible. The service was bad; the food was cold. We won't be going back.
