The best I have had
I had the pleasure of dining at Rosa's during my last visit to Bisbee from Texas. I have to say that it was some of the best food I have ever eaten and the price was very resonable.

The atmosphere was quaint and cozy and the staff was excellent.

I would recommend this dining experience to anyone.    [07 Apr 2005 20:33:54]

What a way to dine!!!!
Rosa's was the best Italian restaurant I have ever eaten at. I am in the military and have been to many countries and their restaurants. I love Italian food and theirs is the best.    [23 Aug 2005 04:53:57]

Wow - Real Work
Words cant explain it. They dont even call themselves chefs, just carriers of long traditions of exact family traditions and recipes that will not change from visit to visit. Absolutely, go out of your way... but they are booked most of the time... addictive!!!    [31 Jan 2006 06:57:24]

Fantastic!!!!!!!!
Rosa's is the best dining experience I have ever had. Right from the start owner Colleen greats you with a smile and a how are you. You just want to hug her. (By the time you leave, you do). The food prepared by her husband has no words to describe the taste, only give me a hug too.
A restaurant not to miss.    [05 Jul 2007 01:01:20]

Simply Remarkable
One doesn't expect to find a world-class restaurant located in a strip mall in an old mining town. But that's Rosa's.

The dining experience is comparable to Ernie's in San Fran, LeRuth's in New Orleans, Lombardi's in Dallas.

We're talking something special here, folks...    [24 Jul 2007 23:54:20]

An Amazing Experience
My work colleauges and I stumbled upong Rosa's Little Italy and were fortunate that Colleen had one table open. The entire experience from "taking the long walk" to get a bottle of wine through the entire meal is amazing. I will go back every time I'm in the area not only for the delicious food but for the gracious hosting by Colleen. I have now recommended this dining experience to many.    [18 Sep 2007 18:29:11]

Get Ready For A Big Surprise
Rosa's Italian Kitchen is one of the nation's great restaurants. It ranks with Ernie's in San Francisco, LeRuth's in New Orleans, Lombardi's in Dallas. This is not what you would expect in a frayed-on-the-edges mining town.

Indeed, it's more than you would expect in Phoenix.    [11 Jan 2008 20:27:14]

Exceptional Italian Cuisine Made With Love.
The previous 5-star reviews convinced my wife & I to make reservations before our recent 2008 trip to Bisbee. Home Run Decision!! Each course seemed more delicious than the previous. The attractive and kind servers delivered a delicious soup, a sumptuous salad and finally the aroma of garlic delivered up on large hot plates stuff you with pure Italian goodness. Do remember to bring a favorite wine or beer as Rosa's doesn't provide spirits. I wish we had a Rosa's Little Italy closer to us!    [19 Feb 2008 18:37:59]
