5 Star Food and Service
It was so great to go to a place where I can sit and Relax. I felt like I was at home, but being served. The service was excellent. I went there on a Sunday and they were realy busy but kept it under control. i would give Claires Cafe two thumbs up.    [24 Sep 2006 23:44:56]

Hometown food, very disappointing
This is the kind of place you would expect to be good. Funky, local and cozy. Should be good breakfasts....but alas....it was terrible ! The pancakes were dry and cooked on a dirty grill. The link sausage had a very gummy "off" flavor which was nearly sickening. The potatoes were dry and had little or no flavor. Haven't had the lunches and don't plan on either. Don't ask for dessert though
A good, unassuming little restaurant. We eat there quite often BUT desserts are not listed on the menu so their quality and prices are not known until you order them, and then see the bill...A rip-off! Two ordinary little desserts - a lonely piece of store-bought cheesecake and a brownie with ice-cream on top, also store-bought, cost us 11$. Hmmmm...    [25 Apr 2008 10:02:10]
