BILL JOHNSON'S SUCKS I PLANNED A GET TOGETHER ON CHRISTMAS EVE MORNING FOR A PARTY OF 15. THE PLACE WAS BUSY. WE HAD THE WORST WAITRESS EVER! OUR FOOD CAME OUT COLD AND THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE FROM OUR GROUP NEVER RECEIVED ALL OF THEIR MEAL. WHEN WE COMPLAINED TO MICHELLE (OUR TERRIBLE WAITRESS) SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT US AND WALKED AWAY. TO MAKE OUR DINING EXPERIENCE WORSE OUR GUEST CHECKS WERE NOT SEPERATED FOR US. SO ONCE AGAIN WE HAD TO FIND OUR WAITESS. WE WERE TOLD BY THE EXTEMELY RUDE CASHIER THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT BECAUSE MICHELLE WAS TAKING CARE OF OUR CUSTOMERS. I GUESS A GROUP OF 15 ISN'T IMPORTANT TO HER. SO WE WAITED AND WAITED. THE CASHIER GOT SO UPSET WITH US BECAUSE WE WERE WAITING AT THE REGISTER THAT SHE FINALLY ASKED THE WAITESS TO GET OUR CHECKS FOR US. THE CASHIER CAME UP TO THE REGISTER AND SAID TO ALL 15 OF US "YOU WILL ALL HAVE TO LISTEN TO ME AND TELL ME WHAT YOU HAD, IT'S ALL I CAN DO" JUST AS SNOTTY AND BITCHY AS EVER. WE WORK FOR A VERY LARGE COMPANY AND ARE ON THE DISCOUNT LIST. WHEN WE ASKED THE CASHIER TO BE SURE WE ALL RECEIVED OUR 10% DISCOUNT SHE TOLD US, "I AM TOO BUSY FOR THAT, YOU AREN'T GETTING A DISCOUNT TODAY" WELL THAT WAS IT FOR ME.I HAD ENOUGH, I TOLD HER THAT WASN'T RIGHT. SHE THREW UP HER ARMS AND TOLD THE MANAGER "YOU DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE" THEN SHE WALKED AWAY. FOUR OF THE 15 NEVER PAID FOR THEIR MEAL BECAUSE THE MANAGER COULDN'T FIGURE OUT THE GUEST CHECK MESS. WE HAVE BEEN EATING BREAKFAST AT THE VAN BUREN LOCATION TWO AND THREE TIMES A WEEK. AND THE ONLY TIME WE RECEIVE GREAT SERVICE IS WHEN NANCY TAKES CARE OF US. THEY NEED TO DO SOMETHING WITH THIER CASHIERS AND MOST OF THE WAIT STAFF. WE HAVE FOUND A NEW PLACE TO EAT. IT'S TOO BAD BECAUSE WE ALL LOVE THIER FOOD. IF THE MANAGER HAD APOLOGIZED OR OFFERED TO PAY FOR OUR MEAL,WE WOULD HAVE FORGOTTEN THIS TERRIBLE ORDEAL. [27 Dec 2003 19:26:30]
