Outstanding Albondigas - TERRIBLE SERVICE!
El Alamo has outstanding food, unfortunately I cannot say the same for the service.

Waiter/Waitress does not show enthusiasm when handing the menus or taking orders. Most of the time, no one will approach your table unless you jump up and down to catch their attention. It takes an act of God to get a tea refill. When paying at the register, cashier never asks if everything was ok (probably fear of hearing the truth). If it were not for the food, this restaurant would have gone under a long time ago.    [07 Jul 2004 15:39:14]
